The first UAC Market Exchange of 2025 finished in Sydney on the 7th of February, setting a new benchmark, with record-breaking sponsorship and attendance reaffirming the strength of our Market Exchange events, which we worked hard in 2024 to reinvigorate and reimagine.
 
Shifting from a traditional expo to a purpose-driven Market Exchange format has proven to be exactly what the industry needed. Unlike broader industry events, UAC’s Market Exchanges are designed for underwriting agencies, giving them direct access to brokers in a high-value, business-focused environment where genuine opportunities are created.
 
That focus has driven a surge in engagement. Last year alone, exhibitor numbers grew by 12.4%, while broker participation increased by an extraordinary 43.0%. 
This year’s Sydney event reinforced that momentum, attracting a record number of sponsors, totalling 14, from across the industry.
